What is The Bongo Language?

The Bongo Language is an educational project that will become an online learning platform, giving students access to Anthony’s instructional video lessons so they can learn, practice, and develop their own voice on the bongó.

The project will carefully document and organize his techniques, rhythms, exercises, and musical approach. This knowledge will then be developed into an instructional book and video curriculum that musicians and educators can use and continue to build upon.

The process will include research, curriculum development, recording, editing, notation, and testing the material with other percussionists to make sure it is clear, practical, and true to Anthony’s musical approach.
